Private Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your event is confirmed once your booking request is approved and payment is completed.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled event are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability.

Guest Count

• Final guest count must be confirmed in advance.

• If fewer guests attend than originally booked, no partial refund will be issued.

• Additional guests may be added if space allows and must be paid for before the event.

Additional Studio Time

• Additional studio time must be arranged in advance and is charged at $50 per additional hour for the entire group.

Art Me Miami Cancellations

• If Art Me Miami needs to cancel your event due to an unexpected issue, you may choose a full refund or reschedule to another available date.
