Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Art Me Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $200 per month.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Art Me Miami to automatically charge your selected payment method every month until the membership is canceled.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will apply to future billing periods only. To avoid the next monthly charge, the membership must be canceled before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a new billing cycle has started and the monthly payment has been processed, that billing period is considered active.

Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

• unused sessions;

• missed or canceled sessions;

• failure to attend during the membership period;

• partial use of the membership;

• cancellation after the monthly renewal charge has been processed.

If Art Me Miami is unable to provide the membership services for a significant portion of the paid billing period, a refund or account credit may be considered at our discretion.

Membership use

Membership is for the registered member only and may not be transferred or shared unless expressly permitted by Art Me Miami.

Membership includes access to eligible regular art sessions subject to studio hours, availability, reservation requirements, capacity limits, and studio policies.

Recurring billing

Your membership automatically renews every month at $200 unless canceled before the next billing date.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy and authorize recurring monthly charges.
